The quintessential New York gal, mom, wife and salon owner of a 2-chair salon suite called A Curl Can Dream, catering to a fashionable clientele on the upper east side of Manhattan. She serves as a Texture Expert and Colorist with an emphasis on proper care for optimal hair health. Committed to making each and every client feel beautiful, she prioritizes a healthy mane over following trends that may damage tresses. Her love for the science of hair care keeps her motivated and encourages her to provide the best services possible with long-lasting results. In addition to the care of her clients, Reece carefully grooms and mentors her staff. Ensuring them the same nurturing and encouraging path she was offered with tons of education and continued growth. With her work displayed in magazine editorials and runway shows, and her words featured on many online platforms. Reece has accomplished in a short time what takes some stylists many years to because her tenacity and ability to work the room is unmatched. As national educator, she has worked for top brands like MIZANI L'Oréal and as of March 2020 has decided to step down from that position to focus on how to offer those same skills to her community. She was recognized in 2016 as one of the Next Generation of Beauty Innovators at America’s National Beauty Show in Chicago and soon after as one of the TOP 100 game-changing beauty pros in the country in 2017 by Modern Salon magazine. She has traveled the country as a platform artist and in salon educator sharing her expertise in the world of textured hair with other stylists, educators and salon owners for over 5 years now and looks forward to all that is to come. With all that under her belt one could ask what is next, and the truth is, she desires to bring all she has learned in her travels back to her community and home which is still the South Bronx.
